Here at Acadia Drive Animal Clinic, we look at clients like family. We have been a part of the neighbourhood for over 30 years and have many clients that have been coming here since the beginning.
When arriving for your first appointment, we will have you fill out a form to ensure that we have all the correct information, as many phone numbers as possible and an e-mail address, which we use for vaccine and appointment reminders.
Depending on each clients’ level of comfort, owners and pets can wait in the waiting room or, if your pet doesn’t love other people or animals, you can wait in an exam room. We want people to feel at home, so we have a coffee/tea bar, please help yourself!
As soon as the doctor is finished with their last appointment, they will meet you in an exam room. Ask the doctor all the questions you can. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re entirely comfortable with the information we’re providing, so please don’t hesitate.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
(We also love to give away treat bags if we have made you wait, so if we forget to give you some freebies, let us know!)
We are excited to meet your human and animal family members!
